Ming is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, advised by Lining Yao.
Before joining the Morphing Matter Lab, he obtained a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hunan University, and a M.Eng. degree in Electronic Information from Tsinghua University.
